PhotoRescue Expert (MAC and PC)

If you have lost your copy of PhotoRescue Expert and have purchased less than a year ago, use our update page to recover a new copy of the software using your order number. You may also use this page to update your e-mail address in our database. Please configure your spam filters to allow mail from support@datarescue.com and support@datarescue.be.

If you have lost your copy of PhotoRescue Expert and have purchased more than a year ago but less than three years ago, you may either use our update page to purchase a discounted update to the current version or contact support@datarescue.com quoting the exact e-mail address used for purchase in order to obtain a new copy of the old version of the software. PhotoRescue Wizard (MAC and PC)

If you have lost the program and are still using the computer where the program was activated, simple re-download our current wizard demo version: it will be immediately activated.

If you have lost the program and the computer where the program was activated, simple re-download our current wizard demo version and activate it with the registration code we sent you.

If you have lost the program, the computer and the registration code, contact support@datarescue.com quoting the exact e-mail address where the registration code was sent.

If you have lost the program, the computer, the registration code and don't remember the e-mail address used for purchase, we will try to help, but can't promise results.
