What do I receive?

Expert Versions

The Expert version is available as a pre-registered download. In addition to the messages that you will get from our credit processors, you will also receive two mails from us

  • a mail informing you that your copy has been prepared - this mail should go through even if your anti-spam filter blocks download links.
  • a mail with a download link to the fully registered copy of PhotoRescue. Please note that this mail may end up being filtered as spam. Please do check your spam/junk mail folders for mails from sales@datarescue.com and/or sales@datarescue.be

Wizard Versions

The Wizard version is activated by a registration code. In addition to the messages that you will get from our credit processors, you will also receive two mails from us

  • a mail informing you that your code has been sent - this mail should go through even if your anti-spam filter blocks non textual registration codes.
  • a mail with a download link to the fully registered copy of PhotoRescue. Please note that this mail may end up being filtered as spam. Please do check your spam/junk mail folders for mails from sales@datarescue.com and/or sales@datarescue.be

When should I expect my program?

Photorescue orders are automatically processed as soon as they are received. This means that most orders will be processed and delivered within ten minutes. The internet being what it is, small delays are not abnormal and you should only contact us if you haven't received the program after twelve hours.

What can go wrong?

The most frequent causes of non-delivery are

  • you have given a wrong or inactive e-mail address. We will try to call you but time differences sometimes makes that difficult.
  • your mailbox is full. We will try to call you but time differences sometimes makes that difficult.
  • your firewall or ISP blocks our mails. We won't know about it unless we are explicitely notified.
  • your spam filter blocks our mails. We will never know about it.
  • we don't receive the notification. Order status is periodically reviewed by a human being.

Do you have a boxed version of PhotoRescue?

We do, but we don't sell it on our web site. Please contact one of our resellers.
